Versatile and Easy Installation:

The 3M™ Particulate Filters 2000 Series employ electrostatic media, enhancing airborne particle capture and reducing breathing resistance.

These filters are flame resistant and offer hassle-free installation.

Compatibility is ensured with various respirator models, including 3M™ 6000 Series Half Facepieces, 6500/6500QL Series, 7500 Series, 6000 Series Full Facepieces, FF-400 Series, 7800 Series, and 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces with AV-632 Bayonet Adapter, simplifying inventory management.

Protective Measures for Workforce Safety:

Determine the contaminants and exposure levels in your work environment.

Safeguard your employees by providing appropriately fitted 3M™ Reusable Respirators and corresponding particulate filters.

NIOSH approval certifies the reliability of 3M™ Particulate Filters 2000 Series, offering effective filtration against a wide range of oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants.

These filters can be used in conjunction with half and full facepieces, as well as select 3M™ Scott™ full facepieces.

With half facepieces, the filters provide respiratory protection against particulate contaminant concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL). With quantitatively fit tested full facepieces, protection extends to 50 times the OSHA PEL.

Certain models also feature relief from nuisance level organic vapors and/or acid gases, excluding hydrogen fluoride in specific cases.

Note that these filters are not suitable for use in environments immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or those containing hazardous levels of organic vapors and/or acid gases, except for hydrogen fluoride under certain circumstances.

The 3M™ Particulate Filter 2091 is specifically engineered to offer protection against particulate hazards encountered in various industries, such as construction, agriculture, and manufacturing. This filter is designed to effectively capture particulates including dust, fumes, and mist.

Key features of the 3M™ Particulate Filter 2091 include:

Implementation of advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter media that efficiently traps particulates.

Compatibility with a wide range of 3M™ Half and Full Facepiece Reusable Respirators, ensuring convenient usage.

Approval by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) for protection against particulates, including those containing oil, such as welding fumes, lead, asbestos, and mold.

Versatility in applications, including tasks such as sanding, sweeping, grinding, sawing, bagging, and welding.

The 3M™ Particulate Filter 2091 holds a P100 rating, indicating the highest level of filtration efficiency. It is capable of filtering out 99.97% of airborne particles, providing reliable protection.

It is crucial to adhere to manufacturer recommendations regarding regular replacement of the filter. Additionally, usage should comply with local regulations and guidelines to ensure optimal performance and safety in the workplace.
