The 3.0Ah lithium-ion battery is compatible with Makita 18V lithium-ion tools featuring the Star Symbol™ and/or Yellow Battery Receivers.
The DC18RC charger is a fast charger designed for high performance, with a very fast 22-minute charge time. It includes an audible warning when the charging is completed.
Makstar charging technology maximizes the battery’s life cycle and work volume, and it employs an optimum charging system with active current control, active thermal control, and active voltage control. It can also charge Ni-Cd batteries of various voltages (7.2V, 9.6V, 12V, 14.4V, 18V) with an optional accessory adapter.
The integrated L.E.D. battery charge level indicator allows users to monitor the battery charge efficiently.
